Job Title: Sales Trainer

Dimension and Scope
Sales Trainer will primarily be responsible to impart sales training as well as product training to the new hires as well as existing employees of the organization. The ideal person should possess good leadership skills and would be required for to analyze the performance of employees based on which he/she should be able to identify training needs. He/she should possess excellent presentation skills

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• The ideal person would be responsible for the following:

  • Develop content and module related to sales.
  • Planning, Collating, analyzing and preparing reports for monthly meetings,
  • Monitor and compliance to Sales Management Process.
  • Administer the trainings, checking training effectiveness.
  • Identifying training needs through GAP analysis and  developing entire learning process for the sales team
  • Developing the training content and calendar.
  • Conducting the sales and product training
  • Analyze and measuring training impact on business results
  • Organizes product knowledge training for key account managers
  • Conducts Sales Management (documentation) Process training for the account managers
  • Leads process mapping improvements through cross functional interactions
  • Evaluates training effectiveness through written tests, productivity track sheets.

• Bachelor’s degree from a three-year college or university (BA, BCom, BSc etc.) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech.) from non-premier college
• Minimum of 3 Years of total experience in sales process; with at least 1 year in sales and product training.

• Willing to work in shifts, rotating as schedule requires
• The weekly offs may not necessarily fall on the weekend
• The candidate should be willing to work on public holidays/festivals if scheduled/required
• A workday has pre-scheduled break timings. The job requires strict adherence to schedules
